Welcome to Parlekar Masalas (“we,” “us,” “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.parlekarmasalas.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of our products.
By accessing or using our Site, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Return Policy.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Site.
1. About Parlekar Masalas
We are a Indo-Canadian-based family business offering authentic Indian spice blends and food products.
All orders, payments, and deliveries are processed from Ontario, Canada.
2. Eligibility & Acceptance
By using our Site, you confirm that:
• You are at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence.
• You will use our Site and products only for lawful purposes.
• You have read and accepted these Terms by checking the acceptance box at checkout or by completing a purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.
3. Products & Pricing
• All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Product availability, descriptions, and pricing may change without notice.
• Due to natural variations in ingredients and small-batch production, colour, texture, or aroma may differ slightly from product photos.
• We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at our discretion.
4. Orders, Payment & Verification
• Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been processed.
• You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping details.
• We may cancel or delay fulfilment if incorrect, incomplete, or suspicious information is provided.
• All transactions are securely processed through our approved payment providers.
We maintain order and shipping records to verify fulfilment in the event of disputes or chargebacks.
5. Shipping & Delivery
• Orders are shipped within the stated processing time; delivery may be delayed due to carrier or external factors beyond our control.
• Delivery is deemed complete once the carrier marks the parcel “Delivered.”
• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and ensuring safe delivery access.
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed package, reshipping fees may apply.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Because our products are food items, returns and refunds are only available if:
• The product arrives damaged, defective, spoiled, or incorrect; and
• The claim is submitted within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Process:
1. Email parlekarcanada@gmail.com with your order number and issue details.
2. We will issue a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions (if applicable).
3. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
We do not accept returns for opened, used, or improperly stored products.
If a return is approved, a refund or replacement will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including product names, recipes, packaging, photos, logos, and text—is the exclusive property of Parlekar Masalas.
You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any portion of this Site without our written consent.
User-submitted reviews, photos, or testimonials grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Privacy & Data Protection

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• Parlekar Masalas is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or Site.
• Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for gross negligence, fraud, or wilful misconduct.
Customers are responsible for reading ingredient and allergen information before using our products.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Parlekar Masalas, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
• Your breach of these Terms or any applicable law;
• Your misuse of our Site, products, or intellectual property;
• Any false claims, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity linked to your account or orders;
• Any third-party claim related to your actions, submissions, or content.
This obligation survives termination of these Terms and your use of the Site.
11. Fraud & Abuse
We monitor for fraudulent activity, including false refund claims, chargebacks after confirmed delivery, and unauthorized reselling.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts, refuse service, or pursue legal remedies where misuse or fraud is suspected.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
Customers agree to contact our support team before initiating chargebacks or third-party disputes.

We may update these Terms periodically.
If significant changes occur, we will notify customers via email or notice on our Site at least 14 days before they take effect.
